Learned APP, on instructions from Senior Inspector of Police, Powai Police Station Mumbai, stated that, during the course of investigation documents of Petitioner namely (i) Aadhar Card, (ii) PAN Card, (iii) Driving Card and (iv) Voters ID (as alleged by Petitioner) have not been seized. That, whatever articles were seized or recovered by Police during the course of investigation, were produced before the Trial Court at the time of trial. 2.
