This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the conviction of the applicant for offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg-Oros vide Judgment and Order dated 9/8/2019 in Sessions Case No. 17 of 2017. There is delay of 427 days in filing the present appeal. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 4 to 7, the application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
