The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition. He also states that one of the orders passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) has remained to be challenged.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
