This Application is for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 25th July, 2017. The entire order shall now read as under:

1. Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Hindu Marriage Petition No.42 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband seeking dissolution of marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent alongwith the Custody Petition being Miscellaneous Civil Application No.58 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband which are pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Barshi, District : Solapur are transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Usmanabad and the Principal District Judge at Usmanabad respectively.

(ii) The Civil Judge Senior Division at Barshi, District : Solapur is

kpd 2 / 2 6-MCA-209-2017-speaking.sxw directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.42 of 2016 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No.58 of 2016 to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Usmanabad and the Principal District Judge at Usmanabad respectively.

(iii) The parties or their Advocates shall appear before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Usmanabad and the Principal District Judge at Usmanabad on 06.09.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders. (iv) The Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Usmanabad and the Principal District Judge at Usmanabad shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(v) The parties shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

(vi) The Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Usmanabad and the Principal District Judge at Usmanabad shall endevour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage Petition No.42 of 2016 and Custody Petition being Miscellaneous Civil Application No.58 of 2016 within a period of six months from 6 th September, 2017.

(vii) All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.209 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
