By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 57 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 26.09.2014 passed by the reference Court, in Land Reference No. 776 of 2002.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.
