This application is for restoration of contempt petition No. 143 of 2001, which was dismissed in view of order dated 30.07.2007.
The learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that the present contempt petition is for violating the interim order dated 15.12.2000 passed by this Court in Appeal from Order no. 686 of 2000 arising from ad-interim order passed by the Trial Court in Notice of Motion no. 3871 of 2000 in L. C. Suit No. 987 of 2000. He submits that the said suit is Sneha Chavan 1/2

As no one appeared on behalf of applicant and L. C. Suit No. 987 of 2000 is already decided on its own merits, the present Civil Application is dismissed for default.
