There is no necessity to entertain the present petition, since, the petitioner's Revision Application is pending before the Respondent No.6. The Respondent No.6 is directed to dispose of the revision application, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of authenticated copy of this order.

The petitioner to submit authenticated copy of this order before the Respondent No.6 on 20th September, 2016.

The petitioner to serve private copies to the Respondents, so that

Sknair WP No.9206/2016 they can remain present, if they chose to, before the Respondent No.6 at the time of submission of authenticated copy of this order. In case, Respondent No.6 has not issued any notice to the Respondents in the Revision Application such notice can be issued by the Respondent No.6 so that Revision Application can be disposed of after afford of opportunity to all parties. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and all contentions of all the parties are left open for determination by the Respondent No.6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner express certain apprehensions that the Respondents might create any third party rights pending the Revision Application. If such apprehension genuinely exists, the petitioner is at liberty to press/apply for interim reliefs before the Revisional Authority. Needless to mention that Revisional Authority will consider such request after afford of opportunity to the Respondents and dispose of such request in accordance with law and on its own merits.
