He tendered across the bar, Consent Terms dated 28th April, 2022. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by the Petitioners and Respondents. Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. Xerox copies of four demand drafts are also annexed to the said Consent Terms. The Petitioners as well as Respondents are personally present in the Court and admitted to the fact of execution of Consent Terms dated 28th April, 2022. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
