Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that initially the petitioners had informed that the parties have settled the dispute out of court however, she did not have instructions to withdraw the petition. She submits that she had called for necessary instructions from the petitioners. She states that letter is served upon the petitioners, however, no instructions are received. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, she submits that she has no instructions to argue the petition on merits. 3.
