This petition is filed by the proposed defendant No.6 directing against the order dated 6.6.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel below exhibit 65 in RCS No.123 of 2012. The trial Court has passed the order of status quo against defendant No.4 and proposed defendant No.6 till the application at exhibit 38 is decided.

Considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for both the parties. The application at exhibit 38 was filed on

wp.7160.2018_508.doc 27.4.2018 and in the said application, in all 9 new respondents i.e., the proposed defendants are sought to be added. In the circumstances, the trial Court is directed to hear and decide the said application on or before 31.8.2018 and the plaintiff shall take steps to serve the respondents on or before 10.8.2018. 4.
