The Petition is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and accordingly, the Respondent No.5 is directed to decide the proposal dated 5 November 2012, in accordance with law at the

In case approval is granted, Shalarth ID shall be allotted to the Petitioner within four weeks from the date of grant of approval and salary together with admissible arrears of salary and other benefits, if admissible, shall be released to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of allotment of Shalarth ID by taking necessary steps in the matter.
