By the present application, the applicant who was released on bail on 03/10/2018, subject to the condition that he shall attend the police station on frst Saturday of every month, seeks relaxation of the said condition. 2.

The learned A.P.P. states that the applicant has complied with the said direction from the date of it's imposition i.e. M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 37 APPP-921-19.doc 03/10/2018 and, now, since the investigation is complete, charge-sheet is fled and the case has already been committed, the attendance of the applicant in the police station can be done away.

The said statement is accepted. The applicant shall, however, continue to attend the trial on every date of hearing, unless exempted by the Court as per condition No.(iv) imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail.

The application stands disposed off.
