Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that by this Interim Application, they are seeking permission to carry out amendment in the writ petition as per the schedule annexed to the present application. He further submits that the writ petition is pending for admission and hearing on it' s own merits.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants and averments made in the application, we are satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing the present application.

In view of these facts, following order is passed; : O R D E R :
(a) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus;
"a. Permission may kindly be granted to amend present Writ Petition in terms of Schedule of Amendment annexed to present application".
(b) Amendment be carried out on or before 8th September, 2021; (c) If amendment is carried out within time, the applicants are directed to serve amended copy of the writ petition on the other side and file affidavit of service to that effect on or before 15th September, 2021;
(d) Liberty is granted to the respondents, if they so desire, to file reply to the amended petition on or before 22nd September, 2021 with copy to the other side;
(e) Interim Application stands disposed of.
