Mr.Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instruction states that his client will file revision application under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies, Act, 1960 before the concerned authority and prays that no coercive steps would be taken by the society against the petitioners for a period of two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Writ Petition No.582 of 2017 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file revision application before the Divisional Joint Registrar. The respondent no.3 society shall not take any coercive steps against
kvm 2/2 917-Wp582.17 the petitioners for a period of two weeks from today. The petitioners can apply for stay of the impugned certificate before the Divisional Joint Registrar in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. The contentions raised by both sides in this writ petition are kept open. No order as to costs. 5.
Vakalatnama shall be filed by the respondent no.3 in the Office within one week from today.
