CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, JJ.

DATE :- AUGUST 16, 2018 P.C. :- 1.

In the light of the earlier orders of this court so also the recommendations of the grievance committee, in the presence of respondent no. 4, these writ petitions are disposed of. In terms of our earlier orders and directions, the petitioners are entitled to

all consequential benefits and by treating them as Assistant Teachers. Let the consequential benefits, therefore, be made admissible, if not already made and the amounts released. The necessary be done within a period of three months from today. 2.

Needless to clarify that if the benefits are already made admissible and amounts are released, then, our order and directions would stand satisfied. We do not wish to enter into that issue for it will be entirely for respondent nos. 2 and 3 to ensure that there is no surviving grievance of the teachers. (SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.)
