The Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant states that in view of the order dated 26-2-2016 passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.9332-9333 of 2010, whereby the Apex Court has held that the appropriate Government in the instant case would be the State Government, the above Appeal filed by the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd would not survive, in view of the quietus given to the said issue. In view of the said statement, the above Letters Patent Appeal No.84 of 2006 is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.

The companion Letters Patent Appeal No.144 of 2002 to be listed on 9-11-2017.
