Ms.Solunke, learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 to 5 states that the application dated 18th April 2017 filed by the petitioner is not yet decided and would be decided within eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 to 5, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.

Order that would be passed by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing order. If the application filed by the petitioner is accepted by the respondents, consequential relief as permissible in law shall be granted within four weeks thereafter. If the application filed by the petitioner is rejected by the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to file proceedings permissible in law. This Court has not expressed any views
