18 AUGUST 2022 P.C. :- By this petition filed by the Petitioners, that is, parents of the corpus Riya Mahesh Pandey a writ of habeas corpus is sought to produce the corpus and give custody to the Petitioners.

The petition had come up on board on 27 July 2022 and 4 August 2022. The learned APP had taken time to take instructions. The learned APP, on instructions, states that the corpus was traced and her custody has been handed over to the Petitioners. She also states that Respondent No.5 is arrested. Trupti 1 / 2

Since the purpose for which the writ of habeas corpus was moved is redressed, it is not necessary to keep the writ petition pending. If the Petitioners have any other grievance regarding non invocation of appropriate sections under Indian Penal Code, the Petitioners have their remedies in law open. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
