Marg Police Station, Mumbai makes a statement that the impugned notice issued under Section 105(e) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 would be withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate action. In view of the said statement, the impugned notice would stand withdrawn. However, the Respondents would be at liberty to take action in accordance with law.
