By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and/or setting aside the Letter dated 20th November, 2017, by Mr. Jairaj Chapria, the then Senior Inspector of Police, Belapur Police Station. Chaitanya Jadhav 1/2
2-Wp-3221-2019.doc The said letter is at Exh-"D" at page No. 114 of the petition. 3.
Learned A.P.P. states that vide letter dated 20th November, 2017, the police of CBD Police Station, have communicated to the petitioner that complaint filed by him, has been filed. 4.
The letter of which quashing is sought, shows that the petitioner's complaint has been filed. Since the petitioner's complaint has been filed, it is now open for the petitioner, to adopt appropriate proceedings, as maintainable in law, before the appropriate forum. 5.
Accordingly, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

However, we make it clear, that we are not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all the parties are kept open.

Petition stands disposed of.
