Learned APP on instructions states that charges are already framed in this case. In this view of the matter, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with request to make the trial time bound. 2.

Considering that the charges are framed and the witnesses are not many, the trial can be decided in a short period. Therefore the application is allowed to be withdrawn with request to the trial Court to make efforts to complete the trial as far as possible within a period of three months from today.
