In view thereof, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the above Petition. The above Petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn.

This order shall not preclude the Respondents from taking any action as per the law against Jijamata Urban Co-operative Credit Society and Navayug Mahila Sahakari Path Sanstha.
