This matter is moved by way of speaking to minutes in the order dated 21st January, 2016. 2.

The learned senior counsel Mr. Damle has prayed for stay of the order and continuation of interim protection which was granted earlier. In view of this, operation of this order was stayed for six weeks time from the date of order, however, the same is not mentioned in the order dated 21st January, 2016. Hence, by consent, following sentences are added as paragraph 15 in the order dated 21st January, 2016:

"15. Learned senior counsel Mr. Damle submitted that the order passed by this Court be stayed for 8 weeks. The learned counsel for

901.FA831_2013.doc respondent no. 1 opposed this prayer. Interim protection granted earlier which was in force till today, the said protection to continue for 8 weeks from the date of order."

The original order stands modified accordingly.
