By this application, the applicant seeks his release on cash bail for a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to arrange for local sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 3rd June 2019.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the applicant is released on cash bail of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 8 weeks, within which, the applicant to arrange for sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 3rd June 2019. SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.923.19.925.doc Till sureties are provided as directed, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday from 10: 00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Rest of the conditions in the order dated 3rd June 2019, to remain as it is.
