ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the concerned Respondent No.4 to reconsider the application/representation of the Petitioner dated 30 May 2002, as the Government Resolution which is the foundation of the rejection of the Petitioner's representation on the compassionate ground dated 26 February 2013, has been set aside by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, (MAT) in Original Application No. 155 of 2012, dated 21 July 2014.

ssm 2 47-wp9281.15.sxw Therefore, as this goes to the root of the matter and support the case of the Petitioner, we direct Respondent No.4 to decide the Petitioner's claim/application/representation in accordance with law, on the basis of above cited order, as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from today.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
