We find that in spite of the order being passed by this Court on 29th June, 2018 constituting a Committee at Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai and directing the Petitioner to appear before the said Committee on 5th July, 2018 the Petitioner did not appear before the said Committee. Again on 5th July, 2018 the matter was listed and the Petitioner was directed to appear before the Committee on 6th July, 2018 but she did not appear. 2.

Thus, it is clear that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Petition.
