The counsel for the applicant has placed on record an order passed in ABA No.1699 of 2022, wherein the learned APP informed that the Investigating Officer of Vartak Nagar Police Station had filed a final report on 7/07/2022. In the wake of the aforesaid statement the application was disposed off.

The present applicants are arraigned as accused in the same CR and learned APP, Mr. Yadav state that in the wake of the final report being filed before the Magistrate, the application, deserve a disposal.

The application is disposed off accordingly.
