In view of the supervening event of a C-Summary Report being filed in the concerned Court by the police, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri S V Marwadi seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition to take appropriate recourse. Since the C-Summary Report filed by the police is awaiting orders of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Silvassa from the year 2016, we direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Silvasa to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously and not later than 31/08/2018.
