The Petitioners have filed this Petition in the year 2017 seeking a direction regarding electricity connection to Respondent No.2-Company (now Adani Electricity). In these circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition permitting the Petitioners to make a fresh application to Respondent No.2-Adani Electricity who will as per its policy will consider the same, and if necessary, consider the objection of Respondent No.3 as well and take necessary decision. If the application is made within a period of four weeks, the same be decided within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the Petitioners still aggrieved by the outcome, Petitioners will have their remedy open.
