Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company and learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 5 - original claimants. Notice to respondent No.6 was served through paper publication, but no one else appeared on his behalf. 2.
The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 25 days in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 518 of 2014.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application there is no impediment to condone the delay.

Accordingly, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay caused in filing appeal is condoned. Registry to take further process.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th September, 2018. Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel waives notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5. 6.
In the meantime, call for record and proceedings from the concerned trial Court.
