When the Court was not inclined to grant bail, the advocate for applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 4th November 2017 and the Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Leave granted. Criminal Bail Application No.1564 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in custody from 4th November 2017, the Trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to complete the trial preferably within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the trial does not conclude within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant would be at liberty to file fresh application for bail. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
