The Petitioner's joint representation to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 dated 17 December 2012, for employment of the post of Peon in place of his father, is not yet considered/pending since then. Therefore, to avoid further delay, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the concerned Respondents to decide the same, if not already decided, preferably within six weeks from today.
