Learned Counsel for the applicants seek leave to withdraw the aforesaid applications. He states that during the pendency of the aforesaid applications, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicants intend to approach the appropriate Court, by filing an application for bail, after filing

Applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
