The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the subject FIR to CBI. The subject FIR is registered for offences punishable under Sections 380 and 457 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. After completion of the investigation, charge-sheet is also filed against one accused. The petitioner is also an accused in the said offence. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of the jurisdiction conferred upon this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
