None for the appellant/applicant. The appeal is against an order of the Railway Claims Tribunal dated 9th December 2006. By this impugned order the Tribunal granted compensation of Rs.1,60,000/- in accordance with the schedule and the rates specified in that schedule. The Railways have paid that amount. The appeal is filed seeking an enhancement but without showing how such appeal is maintainable.

The civil application seeking condonation of delay is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consequently, the first appeal is also dismissed. The civil application seeking stay does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
