Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are the respondents in a complaint filed by the respondent no.1-Smt. Vaishali Manish Jagatia in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kalyan under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The petitioners have filed their reply and they have prayed for dropping the proceedings, as according to them, there is no case against them. The said application was filed in the year 2013. I am informed that the said application is not yet decided.
