Heard. By this writ petition, the Petitioners are seeking a direction to the Respondent to take cognizance of the offences alleged to have been committed by one Hari Narayan Gupta. Perusal of the records reveals that the Petitioners have not filed any complaint with the police. Hence, no direction as sought can be given. The petition is devoid of merits and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
