At the hearing of this petition, Mr.Vijay Patil appearing for the petitioner placed on record a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 09th July 2018. 2.

The petitioner says that in this order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, copy of which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, the institution before this Court, Maharashtra Academic of Engineering and Educational Research, Pune and Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research N.S. Mr.Mishra appearing on behalf of the Union of Indiafirst respondent in this petition does not dispute that such an order has been passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view thereof, we direct that this petition shall also stand disposed of with similar directions as are to be found in the Hon'ble Supreme Court's order. The Union of India shall give effect to the same in terms of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
