Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondents. These applications arise out of the proceedings under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, initiated by the

applicant in the respective cases against the respondent no.1. The learned Magistrate has acquitted the respondent no.1. The learned Counsel for the applicant has sought leave to challenge the said order.

Having perused the records and considering the arguments advanced by the respective parties, in my considered view, arguable points are raised. Hence, leave is granted. Registry to register the appeals and place it on board as per its turn. 3.

The respondent no.1 shall execute bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety in the like amounts to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C. Alibaug within a period of four weeks from today. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
