In compliance of the last order dated 19/01/2023 Deputy Secretary, Home Department, Mantralaya has informed through Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP that the issue as regards granting sanction to prosecute public servant-Mr. Suresh Nalawade shall be taken to its logical end in any case by 07/03/2023 and decision to that effect taken by the Government shall be placed on record in any case by 14/03/2023.

Since the aforesaid statement is made on instructions viz. final decision to be taken by the Government on the issue of grant of permission to prosecute the public servant as mentioned akn 1/2

2/2 15.WP.6005.2021.doc hereinabove, nothing survives in the petition. The aforesaid statement is accepted as an undertaking.

The petition as such stands disposed of.
