This Civil Application seeks to bring legal hairs and representatives of respondent no.1 i.e. respondent nos. 1A to 1F and of respondent no.1F i.e. 1F(i) and 1F(ii) on record. The applicants were informed about the demise of respondent no.1 on 5th June, 2016 by the advocate for respondent no.1. Immediately thereafter, the present application seeking to bring legal heirs of respondent no.1 i.e. respondent nos. 1A to 1F and of respondent no.1F i.e. 1F(i) and 1F(ii) was taken out.
