Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that the petitioner has filed an application to the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department under section 450 and 451 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949. The said application is required to be decided by the State Government. We direct the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department to decide the application of the petitioner under section 450 and 451 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 within eight weeks.
