By way of the present Civil Application the applicant is seeking to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition. He submits that the Writ Petition is not yet admitted.

Considering these facts and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) Civil Application taken out by the petitioner be allowed, petitioner may be permitted to carry out necessary amendments and consequential amendments in the petition as per Schedule annexed to the petition."

b.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents, immediately thereafter.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
