Appeal is by original claimants challenging the Judgment and Order dated 21st January 2014 passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No. 1914 of 2008. Considering the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) The delay of 18 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award dated 21st January 2014 passed by Member, MACT, Mumbai in application No. 1914 of 2008 be kindly condoned." 3.
