It is an application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code whereby the applicant, wife seeks transfer of Petition No.A-287 of 2017 filed by her husband from Family Court, Solapur to the Family Court, Pune. 2.

Rane 2/2 MCA-41-2019 (sr.901) Tuesday, 2.4.2019 February, 2019 whereby he has recorded his no-objection to transfer subject marriage petition from the Family Court, Solapur to the Family Court, Pune.

The respondent is present in the Court and he confirms this averment in the reply.

In view of this, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Marriage Petition No. A-287 of 2017 stands transferred from the Family Court, Solapur to the Family Court, Pune.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Pune on 22nd April, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. The Learned Judge, Family Court, shall make an endeavour to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
