After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will surrender at Laxmipuri Police Station, Kolhapur on 27th June 2019, after giving notice to the Investigating Officer of the date and time of surrender. The said statement is accepted.
