It is an undisputed position that against the order dated 05.05.2014 passed by the Superintendent of Land Records, Mumbai Suburban District, the Petitioner has filed a Revision before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division, Mumbai. The said Revision Application is pending. It is pending the said Revision Application that effect to the direction contained in clause 2 of the said order dated 05.05.2014 has been given by the City Survey Officer on the ground that there was no impediment for him doing so. The Learned Counsel for the BGP.

wp-7298-15.doc 03.08.2015 Petitioner has not been able to show any order passed by the Revisionary Authority restraining the City Survey Officer from comply with the direction contained in clause 2 of the order dated 05.05.2014. He only relies upon the letter addressed by the advocate for the Petitioner to the City Survey Officer. Since the Revision Application is pending before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division, the said authority is directed to hear and decide the Revision Application latest by 31.10.2015. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The parties to appear before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division on 19.08.2015.
