The learned APP submits that the prosecution has already filed the charge-sheet against the co-accused. It is submitted that no evidence was found against the present applicant to connect him with the alleged crime and therefore the prosecution has not filed the charge-sheet against him. 3.

Considering these facts, the present application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
