Consent terms are tendered on record. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Consent terms have been signed by all the respondents and their Advocate. The consent terms bear signature of the learned AGP as well as the signature of the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Metro Centre - I, Uran, who is duly authorised by the Collector to sign the consent terms.

ORDER
(i) Appeal and Cross-Objection stand disposed of in terms of consent terms taken on record and marked 'X' for identification; (ii) Award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms subject to the respondents paying deficit Court fees on cross-objections within a period of six weeks from today. If deficit Court fee is not paid within six weeks from today, Award shall be drawn; (iii) If the deficit Court fee is paid within stipulated period of six weeks from today, Award shall be drawn within a period of one month from the date on which deficit Court fee is paid; (iv) Writ of this order along with R & P shall be immediately forwarded to the reference Court;
