This an application for modification of order dated 27th June, 2022 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.3823 of 2021 as well as seeking amendment in the title of Criminal Bail Application No.3823 of 2021.

The Applicant was directed to report D.R.I. Mumbai once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further orders.

3.

Due to inconvenience to office of D.R.I. Mumbai for attendance of Applicant on Saturday, the day of attendance be altered to Monday.

The address of the Applicant mentioned in the title of the bail application may be permitted to be corrected.

ORDER

i.

Clause-3 of operative part of order dated 27th June, 2022 is modified and the Applicant is directed to report D.R.I. Mumbai once in a month on first Monday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further orders. ii.

The Applicant is permitted to correct the address mentioned in the title of Bail Application No.3823 of 2021. Requisite amendment may be carried out in the main application within one week from today.

Interim Application is disposed of.
